Processing Times

• Premade Items: Orders for premade items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after your purchase.
• Personalized Items: Since custom creations require time to design and craft, personalized orders will ship as soon as they are completed in the design and creation process. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, offering reliable and fast delivery to most areas within 2-4 business days.

Shipping Insurance

Your packages are important to us, which is why all USPS Priority Mail shipments include insurance up to $100 by default. This ensures that your order is protected in transit, giving you peace of mind. In the rare event of a mishap, your package will either be replaced or refunded.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress and estimated arrival date.
